Our Services

  • At CVC, we believe that regular health check-ups are the key to ensuring your pet’s long-term well-being.

Just like humans, pets benefit from routine visits to the vet to maintain their health and catch potential issues before they become serious problems. Our comprehensive health check-ups are designed to monitor your pet’s overall health, detect early signs of illness, and ensure they’re living their best life.

During a general health check-up, our skilled veterinarians will:

Perform a thorough physical examination: We will check your pet’s heart, lungs, eyes, ears, teeth, skin, and joints to ensure everything is functioning as it should.

Monitor weight and body condition: Maintaining a healthy weight is crucial for your pet’s health. We will assess whether your pet is at an ideal weight for their breed, age, and activity level, offering advice on diet and exercise if necessary.

Check for parasites: Fleas, ticks, and worms can cause significant health issues. We will perform tests to ensure your pet is parasite-free and recommend preventive treatments as needed.

Offer age-appropriate screenings: As your pet ages, we may suggest specific tests to monitor for age-related issues such as kidney function, arthritis, or heart disease.

A regular health check-up is one of the best ways to ensure that your pet stays happy, healthy, and active throughout their life. If we spot any potential concerns during the exam, we will work with you to create a treatment plan to address them early on, leading to better outcomes and fewer complications.

If it’s time for your pet’s next check-up or if you have any concerns about their health, contact us today to schedule an appointment!

  • Vaccinations are one of the most important steps in ensuring your pet’s long-term health and protection against preventable diseases.

We offer comprehensive vaccination services for dogs, cats, and other pets, tailored to their age, lifestyle, and specific health needs.
By keeping your pet up-to-date with the right vaccines, you’re not only protecting them from serious illnesses, but also helping prevent the spread of contagious diseases to other animals.

Our experienced veterinarians will help guide you on the vaccinations your pet needs, including:

Core Vaccines: These are essential vaccines recommended for all pets, regardless of lifestyle, to protect them against common, serious diseases.
For dogs, this includes vaccines for distemper, parvovirus, kennel cough, hepatitis & Leptospirosis.
For cats, core vaccines protect against feline distemper (panleukopenia), and feline herpesvirus (rhinotracheitis).
For Rabbits vaccinations protect against Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV), a highly contagious and fatal virus. The vaccine helps build immunity in rabbits, significantly reducing the risk of infection and mortality from this disease.

Lifestyle Vaccines: Depending on your pet’s environment, certain vaccines may be recommended. For example, if your dog enjoys frequent trips to the park or interacts with other dogs, vaccines for kennel cough or leptospirosis may be necessary. Cats that go outdoors or are in contact with other animals may need vaccines for feline leukemia or feline immunodeficiency virus.

Puppy & Kitten Vaccinations: The early months of your pet’s life are critical, and our veterinarians will guide you through the vaccination schedule to ensure your puppy or kitten is fully protected as they grow. These early vaccines lay the foundation for a healthy and safe life.

Boosters: As pets age, booster shots are necessary to keep their immunity strong. We’ll track your pet’s vaccination history and remind you when it’s time for any updates or boosters.

Vaccinations not only safeguard your pet’s health but also contribute to the overall health of the community by reducing the spread of infectious diseases. We are here to ensure your pet receives the appropriate vaccines based on their lifestyle and medical history, helping them stay protected throughout their life.

Contact us today to schedule your pet’s vaccination appointment or to discuss any questions you may have about your pet’s vaccination needs!

  • At CVC we understand how crucial accurate and timely diagnostics are for your pet’s health. Our state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging services are designed to provide detailed, non-invasive insights into your pet’s condition, helping us create the most effective treatment plans.

We offer a range of diagnostic imaging options, including:

X-Rays (Radiology): Essential for identifying bone fractures, joint issues, and internal organ conditions. X-rays allow us to detect issues like arthritis, tumors, and foreign bodies.

Ultrasound: A non-invasive imaging technique used to examine soft tissues such as the heart, liver, kidneys, and intestines. Ultrasound is invaluable for diagnosing conditions like abdominal masses, heart disease, and organ abnormalities.

  • Dental health is a crucial part of your pet’s overall well-being.
Just like humans, pets are prone to dental issues that can impact their health, comfort, and quality of life. That’s why we offer comprehensive veterinary dentistry services to help keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy and free from disease.

    Why is Veterinary Dentistry Important?
Dental disease is one of the most common health issues in pets, often going unnoticed until it causes significant discomfort or health problems. Poor dental hygiene can lead to painful conditions like gum disease, tooth loss, and infections, which can affect your pet’s ability to eat, play, and enjoy life. Additionally, untreated dental issues can contribute to more serious systemic problems, including heart, liver, and kidney disease.

    Our Veterinary Dental Services Include:

Routine Check-Ups and Cleanings: Regular dental exams and professional cleanings are key to preventing plaque and tartar buildup. During a cleaning, we’ll remove any buildup, polish your pet’s teeth, and ensure their mouth is healthy.

Dental X-Rays: Sometimes, dental problems are hidden beneath the surface. We offer digital dental x-rays to get a clear picture of your pet’s tooth health, helping us identify issues like root infections, fractures, or tumors that might not be visible during a standard exam.

Tooth Extractions: In cases of severe dental disease, we may recommend tooth extractions to relieve pain and prevent further complications. Our team ensures that extractions are performed safely and with minimal discomfort to your pet.

Preventative Care & Advice: We provide tips on how to maintain your pet’s oral health at home, such as proper brushing techniques, chew toys, and dental diets to keep their teeth clean and strong between visits.

Signs Your Pet Might Need a Dental Check-Up:

    -Bad breath (halitosis)

    -Difficulty eating or chewing

-Drooling or excessive pawing at the mouth

    -Red or swollen gums

    -Discolored or broken teeth

Early intervention is key to preventing dental problems from progressing into more serious health issues. At CVC, we are dedicated to helping your pet maintain a healthy mouth, ensuring they can live a long, happy, and comfortable life.

If you notice any signs of dental discomfort or it’s time for your pet’s routine dental check-up, contact us today to schedule an appointment.

  • We offer comprehensive veterinary pathology services to ensure the most accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for your pet. Pathology plays a vital role in understanding your pet’s health, as it allows us to analyze tissues, cells, and bodily fluids to identify diseases, infections, or abnormalities.

Our pathology services help us get to the root cause of your pet's symptoms and provide the necessary insights to create a personalized treatment plan.

    Our Veterinary Pathology Services Include:

Laboratory Testing: We offer in-house and external laboratory testing, including blood tests, urinalysis, faecal exams, and more. These tests help us detect conditions such as infections, organ dysfunction, anemia, or metabolic disorders.

Biopsy and Cytology: If your pet has a lump, unusual growth, or abnormal tissue, we can perform biopsies or cytology to examine cells and determine if they’re benign or malignant. This helps us diagnose conditions like tumors, infections, or autoimmune diseases.

Histopathology: Our clinic utilizes histopathology to examine tissue samples at the microscopic level. This allows us to diagnose a wide range of conditions, including cancers, inflammatory diseases, and degenerative disorders.

Microbiology: Our clinic also offers microbiology testing to identify bacterial, viral, or fungal infections. By identifying the pathogen causing your pet’s illness, we can provide more targeted and effective treatments.

Why Pathology Matters for Your Pet:

Accurate diagnostic testing is essential for identifying health problems early on, which helps us provide the best care possible for your pet. Whether it's detecting an underlying infection, diagnosing a specific disease, or monitoring your pet’s overall health, our pathology services give us a deeper understanding of your pet’s condition, ensuring we can treat them effectively and promptly.
