Are you affiliated with a corporate business?

No, we are not affiliated with any corporate veterinary group. Our hospital is 100% privately owned and operated by local veterinary professionals who have been caring for pets and families in the Illawarra region for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on providing personalised, community-focused care where your pet’s wellbeing is our top priority.

Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just walk in?

We operate primarily by appointment to ensure each pet receives the time and attention they need. However, we understand that emergencies and urgent situations can arise. If you walk in, we’ll do our best to accommodate you and fit you into the next available appointment slot.
For the quickest service, we recommend calling ahead whenever possible.

How much is your consult fee?

Our standard consultation fee is $105.00 which includes a thorough physical examination by one of our experienced veterinarians and time to discuss any concerns you have about your pet’s health.

If additional diagnostics or treatments are recommended during the visit, we’ll provide you with a clear estimate before proceeding.

Do you offer payment plans?

While we don’t offer in-house payment plans, we do provide flexible payment options through VetPay, Afterpay, and GapOnly (for eligible pet insurance claims). These services can help spread the cost of treatment or make claiming insurance easier and more immediate.
